We used ground up hazelnuts (filberts??) and almonds with breadcrumbs, flour and egg to cover the salmon. The side was a mix of potatoes, peas and oyster mushrooms.

I think this was just chicken breast marinated in a ginger lime marinade and pan fried with garam masala, tumeric, served over white rice.

Pretty sure this was chicken breast marinated in white wine (?) and spices. The cream sauce for the pasta was made by adding milk and some flour to the pan and reducing.
